Tell me the silicone coaster sizes (most 7–15 cm), thickness (3–8 mm), and shape (round/square/custom), and provide the design/logo, color (Pantone code), as well as the order quantity and packaging requirements. - Provide Design Files：Submit high-resolution design files to the factory (AI/CDR/PSD format, resolution ≥300 dpi). If no design is available, the factory will provide a free design based on your requirements, produce a draft, we will finish the design after you say OK..
- Samples：The factory will create mold. The sample time is 3–7 days. Upon receiving the samples, many sizes, patterns, craftsmanship, and colors.
- Placing the Order：Both parties sign a custom manufacturing contract, confirming specifications, quantity, delivery schedule, after-sales service, and other terms. Pay the agreed-upon deposit (typically 30%).
- Mass Production：The factory initiates production based on the confirmed sample. The production time depends on the quantity (3–10 days for small batches, 15–30 days for large order). You can check on production progress at any time.
