Mold Development and Design

The factory employs five mold designers (covering both liquid and solid molding). Clients provide product design concepts or samples, and we can independently complete 3D drawings to achieve low-cost product development.

Silicone Mold Manufacturing

Independent mold workshop spanning 2,000 square meters, staffed by 35 mold engineers and 5 mold designers. Achieves a product mold gap tolerance of 0.03mm with zero mold misalignment. Capable of independently processing external silicone molds and liquid silicone rubber molds.

Solid Silicone Molding

The factory houses 30 vacuum vulcanizing machines and 10 liquid injection molding machines. The production workshop spans 10,000 square meters and employs approximately 300 workers, achieving a monthly production capacity of 6 million units.
