Custom Mold and Molding
Please provide modeling files in STL or OBJ format for direct mold customization. Once a mold is created for a particular style, subsequent orders for the same silicone mold can be customized by paying only the mold fee.

To meet your design needs,here are the key points for custom colors on our silicone products:
- You can choose colors by Pantone code or send us a sample. Basic colors are free.
- Light and pastel colors may change slightly or yellow during high-temperature curing. Dark colors stay more stable.
- For food-safe products and exports to the U.S. or Europe, we only use eco-friendly colors that meet FDA and LFGB standards.
- Product thickness and mold finish (shiny or matte) can cause small differences in color.
- Special colors like pearlescent, fluorescent, or marble need extra samples and a small fee.
- Slight color differences between batches are normal. The approved sample will be used for mass production.
We can make silicone products in any custom size you need.Just send us your drawings,samples or exact sizes like length,width,height,thickness and hole size.There is no standard size limit.
1.Silicone is soft and made under high temperature,so a normal small tolerance of±0.2~0.3mm is acceptable.
2.We can adjust inner size,outer size,thickness,curve and snap size to fit your assembly perfectly.
3.For existing items,we can easily make them bigger,smaller,thicker or thinner by adjusting the mold.
4.Simple size changes are free.Only special or precise custom sizes need a new mold.
Silicone is soft and flexible, so it can’t be as precise as hard plastic.All items within standard tolerance are fully qualified and fine for use.
