Vobran Silicone mold Manufacturer’s food-grade AB silicone is FDA-certified.The silicone is eco-friendly,non-toxic,odorless,and features excellent flow properties. It offers high precision replication for mold-making applications, with tear resistance, aging resistance, and a long service life.
It is mixed in a 1:1 ratio during operation.Food-grade silicone exhibits high and low temperature resistance, withstanding temperatures up to 300°C(580°F)and as low as-60°C(-76°F).Therefore,food-grade AB silicone can be baked.

Note:Prolonged baking at high temperatures should be avoided,as it may cause yellowing and performance degradation.Silicone molding can cure at room temperature or accelerate curing with heat.
Unlike food-grade AB silicone, standard silicone emits an organic tin odor and uses a 100:2-3 ratio. It is commonly used for mold making in industries such as plaster crafts, resin crafts, cement products, handmade candles and soaps, building materials, toys, and gifts, enabling rapid replication and production.
